As the weather warms up, thoughts of ice-cream and other cool treats begin to enter my mind. Here is something to make on a Sunday morning (especially if you are extra tired/hungover). Guaranteed to not disappoint:
INGREDIENTS:
Yogurt Smoothie
- 1 mango, peeled
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 cup plain Balkan yogurt
- 1/3 cup honey
Non-Dairy Smoothie
- 3 whole banana
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 6 whole strawberries
- 1 cup cranberry, juice
- 1/2 cup orange, juice
DIRECTIONS:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
