Recipes Yo Mamma Never Told You About: Breakfast Smoothie


As the weather warms up, thoughts of ice-cream and other cool treats begin to enter my mind. Here is something to make on a Sunday morning (especially if you are extra tired/hungover). Guaranteed to not disappoint:

INGREDIENTS:
Yogurt Smoothie
  • 1 mango, peeled
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup plain Balkan yogurt
  • 1/3 cup honey

Non-Dairy Smoothie
  • 3 whole banana
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 6 whole strawberries
  • 1 cup cranberry, juice
  • 1/2 cup orange, juice

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
